Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Products must be in the same condition they were received

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required

Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with clear visible evidence.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
